Abstract:

To provide a pretreatment method of stabilizing the activated sludge treatment of a liming wastewater generated in a gelatin production process and a fixing method of carbon dioxide to cope with an environmental problem (global warming).

In the pretreatment method of liming wastewater, an exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide is passed through the liming wastewater generated in the gelatin production process, and the liming wastewater is supplied to an activated sludge tank.
