Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate the pretreatment of the specimen of enameling steel sheet and to improve the working environment by allowing a twin-shaft robot controlled in an evacuated casing to move the specimen and dip the specimen in a treating tank and so on.
CONSTITUTION: For example, a box-shaped casing 1 closed with a glass door is evacuated by an evacuating device 2, and a twin-shaft robot 4 capable of hanging up and down and controlled by a controller 10 is traveled by a traveling rack 5 between a rack holder 6 and plural kinds of treating tanks 7. The specimen of an enameling steel sheet placed in a rack 3 is mounted on the robot 4 and traveled to a specified position according to a treating pattern, the rack 3 is hung down and dipped in the treating tank 7 for a specified time, and the action is successively conducted with respect to the plural kinds of treating tanks 7.
