Abstract:
To provide a primer to bond closely a coating film comprising a surface treatment onto an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer.
The primer composition to be coated for the purpose of bonding closely a coating film comprising a surface treatment onto the surface of a member comprising an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer, contains a halogenated NR modifier, a reactive organopolysiloxane and an HDI-based isocyanate; this composition can bond closely and strongly a coating film comprising a surface treatment onto an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer.
