CONSTITUTION: A print out holder 10 constituted in the same shape with a sample holder for an electron microscope is installed through a side entry device. Thereby, a print-out light guide 9 incorporated into the print-out holder 10 is constituted so as to be introduced to the vicinity of a lens without breaking a vacuum in the vicinity of the lens.
