Abstract:
To improve the convenience of a printer without increase in load of an electronic form system.
In an electronic form server 101, a print job is formed based on print setting from an electronic form client 105 (step S402), corresponding electronic form data is selected, based on the formed print job, from an electronic form data database storing electronic form data, and the selected electronic form data is transmitted to a relay server 103 connected to the printer (step S801). Accordingly, printing of the print data based on the electronic form data can be performed according to printing conditions by the printer.
