Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provided a transfer mechanism for a label pasting device compact in structure at a low cost, and to improve therewith operational efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: In a preset data area, unit prices, tray numbers and the like are stored for every article numbers. In a tray number table, number of steps, delay times and the like are stored for every tray numbers. A label printing part 7 prints data for printing such as unit prices and the like on labels. A CPU controls a transfer mechanism 9 of a pasting part, based on the number of steps and delay times read out of the tray number table, and moves the pasting part 8 horizontally against the label printing part 7. Thereby, the label pasting part 8 pastes the label to an article at a transfer position after receiving the printed label at a specified position from the label printing part 7.
