Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify the circuit configuration and to make the manufacturing cost low by generating and transmitting a binary digital signal having at least a leading part rising steeply at a 1st signal level and a trailing signal part descending steeply at a 2nd signal level.
CONSTITUTION: A digital signal using a discharge pulse received via a reception terminal RET from a transmitter is inputted to a resonance amplifier 11 having a 10MHz of resonance frequency and a resonance amplifier 12 having a resonance frequency of 5MHz in a pulse detection and polarity discrimination circuit JU1 of a discharge pulse receiver. Since the sent digital signal includes a steep leading part or a steep trailing part, the signal includes a frequency component up to a very high frequency, and signals SG11, 12 obtained by tuning with resonance amplifiers 11, 12 are signals attenuated after the signal level is increased. Then the signal of a predetermined threshold level or over is waveform- shaped as a pulse signal and a binary digital signal is discriminated based on the relation of phase.
