The printed matter is prepared by: a process of applying an adhesive onto a base material for printing; a process of transferring a foil onto the adhesive; a process of printing on the printing base material having a transferred foil; and a process of providing a transparent mat-like resin layer with a surface roughness (Ra) 0.5 micron by coating the printed base material with a transparent resin solution dispersedly containing a mat agent.
