To solve the problem that conventional paper saving printing is low in versatility and substantially cannot save papers.

A printing controller is provided, which acquires printing job data for making a printing job executed, sets a printing region for each printing resolution, arranges images of printing objects at margins of the printing regions of the same printing resolution for what have the same printing resolution designated by the printing job data, spools the printing job data while generating arrangement data which shows the arrangement, and prints images indicated by the spooled printing job data according to the arrangement data when it reaches a condition for starting the execution of the printing job.
