Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can notify partway, that content information having what kind of content is printed, without directly confirming by a user, and which can notify that the content information has been printed at an estimated time.
SOLUTION: The printer A prints the content information sent automatically from a server C on a network 1. A CPU 10, when it prints the content information sent from the server C, informs as such by a signaling sound or the like. In addition, the CPU 10 issues signaling sounds differently, according to the content of the content information or a printing time.
