A printing controller is equipped with a confirmation means for checking the accounting destination of the job formed by a client terminal unit, a control means for performing a controlling so that a job execution may be halted from the result checked by the confirmation means when a value has not been established in the job accounting destination or an invalid value has been established therein, a formation means which forms an input screen for inputting the value of the job accounting destination from the result checked by the confirming means when the value has not been established in the job accounting destination or the invalid value has been established therein, and a notice means for informing the client terminal unit of the information concerning the input screen formed by the formation means.
