Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to a printing controller and a printing system which can make rasterization efficient.
SOLUTION: When an object including variable pages each composed of a fixed part which has the same contents in a plurality of books and a variable part which can be different in each of the books is to be printed by a plurality of the number, a fixed data FD and a variable data VD as rasterize data respectively corresponding to the fixed part and the variable part of the variable pages of the object are extracted from a rasterize data storage part 21 on the basis of a page list LP showing a page constitution of the object, etc. Rasterize data of the variable pages in each book of the object is generated by combining the extracted fixed data FD and variable data VD. This technique is efficient because it is enough to form the rasterize data of each book only for the variable part while the fixed data FD for the fixed part is shared.
