To provide a printing machine and a printing method, capable of surely obtaining a high quality printed material.
The printing machine 1 is provided with a photoconductor drum 2, charger 3, exposure device 4, development means 19 for developing an electrostatic latent image on the surface of the photoconductor drum 2, transfer roller and backup roller. The development means 19 is provided with toner-accommodating chambers 61B-61E, recovered toner accommodating chambers 66B-66E, development rollers 62B-62E for supplying liquid toner to the photoconductor drum 2, fog removing rollers 67B-67E for attaching the liquid toner excessively attached to a surface of the photoconductor drum 2 to their surfaces, squeezing blades 68B-68E for scraping the liquid toner attached to the fog removing rollers 67B-67E and recovering it to the recovered toner- accommodating chambers 66B-66E, and flow paths 74B-74E for supplying the liquid toner in he toner-accommodating chambers 61B-61E to contact points in between the squeezing blades 68B-68E and the fog removing rollers 67B-67E.
