To solve a problem in which cleaning performance adaptability of a cleaning agent can not be carried out heretofore under the same conditions as in a treatment target place, while the effect of the cleaning agent to be added for microorganism activation varies depending on the difference of soil for example, in bioremediation method of cleaning by microorganism the soil and ground water contaminated with organic chlorine compound.
The prior effect determination test method of cleaning agents includes: a step of boring a cleaning treatment target place, sampling soil and ground water from underground by using the boring hole, and holding each in a deaerated condition; a step of transferring the two into a mixing tank and mixing them in the deaerated condition; a step of taking an aliquot portion of the mixture of the soil and ground water in the mixing tank into a hermetically sealed bag, adding a cleaning agent to be tested to the mixture and keeping them at a constant temperature; and a step of measuring the organic chlorine compound quantity in the hermetically sealed bag with lapse of time and confirming the effect of the cleaning agent to be tested.
