Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of setting a focus of laser light on a surface of a sample for each irradiation point of laser light.SOLUTION: With a probe 5, Raman scattered light L2 excited by laser light L1 is injected into an emission port 5a of the laser light L1 that excites the Raman scattered light L2. A spacer 10 is provided through which the laser light L1 and the Raman scattered light L2 can transmit so as to cover the emission port 5a of the laser light L1 and an injection port 5a of the Raman scattered light L2. A contact surface 10a with a sample S is formed at a focal position of the laser light L1 that is a position of a focal distance f of an imaging lens 9 in a spacer 10 from a principal plane H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
