Abstract:
To provide a process management device and a method capable of reducing influence of work delay.SOLUTION: A process management device managing at least one of a plurality of processes that is at least part of a production process acquires production schedule information being information on a production schedule from a production management device being a device for managing the production schedule, and monitors a work result for each work including start and end of the work. When detecting start of a target work being any work, the process management device determines presence/absence of delay of the target work before detecting end of the target work, on the basis of target work information on the target work from production management information being information reflecting the acquired production schedule information and being information on the work and actual work volume specified from the work result detected for the target work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
