A read area 22a and a write area 22b, which are data sharing parts, are allocated to the arbitrary positions of the memory 22 of a sequence control part 2. CPU 21 of the sequence control part 2 writes data in the read area 22a, and CPU 31 of a program control part 3 writes data in the write area 22b. The sequence control part 2 and the program control part 3 share data of the read area 22a and the write area 22b.
