Abstract:
To provide a method for forming higher-quality products with a simple structure and an apparatus therefor.
This apparatus consists of a step for removing the oxides of crude steel strip 3 consisting of a unit 8 for elongating, bending and smoothing, a shot blaster 9, a polishing brush 10 and a washing device 11, an elongating step 19 for a final thickness, an annealing step 12 and a pickling step 13 consisting of a neutral electrolytic pickling section 14, a polishing brush unit 16, a chemical picking section 15 and a washing device 17. These steps are arranged in series and are directly connected and made to function, by which the high-quality cold strip is produced.
