PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed object holding device which improves weld quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a processed object holding device (clamp device) 90 for holding a shape of a processed object (chain terminal T2) comprising holding means for holding a cylindrical body by contacting one end Td to the other end Te when a tabular processed object is subjected to bend processing for forming into a cylindrical body, and a tubular body (crimp part Ta) is formed by bonding the one end Td and the other end Te of the bent cylindrical body (chain terminal T2).
