PURPOSE: To establish a consistent through processing from the feed of the material till output of a complete product without requiring stop of the system by furnishing a supply mechanism, transport mechanism, vacuum piping mechanism, inverting mechanism, washing mechanism, and exhausting mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A work on a pallet is held by vacuum suction for rear processing and sent to an inverting mechanism 5 by a transport mechanism. The work is put on an inversion plate 52 and separated by turning off the vacuum suction of the transport head. With this plate 52 the work is held by a suction pad 55 while the suction pump 55 of the inverting mechanism 5 is operated and is transferred onto a receptacle table 51 by inverting the plate 52. The work on the table 51 is again held by the transport mechanism, washed ultrasonically in a washing machine 4, and sent onto a pallet changer 2. During the inverting motion, the pallet is re-put in empty condition into a machining center 3 to undergo washing of its oversurface, and upon coolant wash and air wash, is returned to the pallet changer 2 to await a work after inversion.
