Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make beverage or food materials into beverages or foods, respectively under desired states by attaching containers which house the beverage or food materials depending on processing purposes to a processor wherein at the distal end of an arm which horizontally rotates, the container of which the opening faces to the upper section of the central line of the rotating axis of the arm, and which simultaneously turns with the rotation under the tilted state, is arranged.
SOLUTION: At the distal end of the arm 4 which horizontally rotates, the container 8, of which the opening tilts to the upper section of the rotating axis of the arm, and which is rotatably fitted under a stood state, is fitted. Then, such a container 8 is revolved by the rotation of the arm, and is simultaneously made to turn. Thus, desired beverage or food materials housed in the container are processed into a desired state by the composite centrifugal force generated in the container by this processor. In such a processor, the container which is fitted on the device is constituted in such a manner that a strainer-form container can be detachably fitted inside while being prevented from shaking due to the rotation of the container, for the processor for beverage or food materials.
