Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a belt conveyer caused on punching through hole or notch, etc., of a product by exposing or covering the conveyer, composing it movable in the vertical up and down direction and separating the punching working and the carrying-out working of the product and scraps with an angle shear cutting.
SOLUTION: In a working time of a turret punch press, a slide table 5 is raised in the vertical direction, and moved to the horizontal back and forth direction in the upper part of conveyer, in an angle shear cutting time, the slide table 5 is returned to the original position of the horizontal back and forth direction from the upper position of conveyer, and lowered in the vertical direction from the conveyer upper face, further in the time of treating scraps, the conveyer 6 is moved to the horizontal direction and acted so as to set a scrap dropping space between fixing tables. Therefore, in the working time of the turret punch press, the conveyer 6 is no trouble from being damaged with punching holes of the product or notches, etc., and at the angle shear cutting time, the product being larger than the width of conveyer can be carried.
