Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject product for prevention, treatment or the like of septic shock, containing granulocyte stimulating factor (G-CSF) (salt) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) binding protein (salt), and a carrier as a combined preparation.
CONSTITUTION: A targeted product containing G-CSF and TNF-BP is obtained by including granulocyte stimulating factor (G-CSF) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a tumor necrosis factor(TNF) binding protein (TF-BP) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and optionally adding a pharmaceutical carrier, an excipient, a diluent, a stabilizing agent in a form of a protein such as human serum-albumin, an anti-absorbing agent, a conserving agent, a solubility agent, an emulsifier or the like so as to provide a pharmaceutical, for providing remarkable improvement on prevention and/or treatment of septic shock compared with the case of using each of them independently.
