Title:
PRODUCTION OF CARBONIZED MATERIAL FROM WASTE SOLID FUEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3506893
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for carbonized material that gives clean carbonized material of high dechlorination rate from waste solid fuel and can advantageously establish the recycling route from waste solid fuel.
SOLUTION: Waste solid fuel is externally heated in a carbonizer of a low oxygen atmosphere with the combustion gas from a combustion furnace and is converted to carbonized material and the pyrolytic gas containing hydrogen chloride occurring in the carbonization is guided to the combustion furnace and fired. At the same time, the carbonized material is washed in the demineralizer by the hot water at 60-90°C generated by the heat exchange in a heat exchanger with the steam in a boiler which is generated by the combustion gas from the combustion furnace to remove chlorine components remaining in the carbonized material.
