Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a process for production with a simple method and to reduce the cost of production by disposing a pearlitization accelerating element to the desired part in a casting mold and pouring a molten metal therein.
CONSTITUTION: A molten cast iron is poured into the product cavity of the casting mold after ≥1 kinds of Cu and Sn are disposed as a single metallic substance or as the alloy thereof are disposed into the desired part in said cavity. The process for producing the casting parts for which the resistance to wear, impact, sag resistance, etc. is reduced and the production is made possible at the lower cost.
