Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a color filter excellent in stability of quality and mass- producibility.
CONSTITUTION: A colored image forming material obtd. by forming a colored photosensitive layer on a substrate with a releasing layer in-between is patternwise exposed through a matrix mask, etc., and developed. The patternwise formed colored photosensitive layer is transferred to a transparent substrate and these processes are repeated if necessary to produce the objective color filter with a colored image pattern such as a full-color image pattern.
