Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a compound having a hydroxamic acid group from an intermediate of a carboxylic acid.
This method for producing a molecule having a hydroxamic acid group comprises the following processes: (1) reacting hydroxylamine or its salt with a silyl halide, (2) reacting the resultant with molecules containing a carboxylic acid halide (and not containing hydroxy, a primary amine, a secondary amine and thiol) and then (3) reacting the product with an acid.
