To obtain a presentable processed shape in a short period, by vertically moving the cutter edge of an automatic cutter to cut a top plate while setting the cutting depth to correspond to the upper face of the top plate, when cutting round the internal corner at the adhesion part, after at least one of a back stand board and a front apron board has been stuck.
A board 3 for forming an internal angle is stuck to the depth of a top plate cut out of an artificial marble board and a back stand board 2 is stuck thereon. And an apron board 4 is stuck on the front butt end of the top plate 1 so that the upper end of the apron board projects upward by 5mm for instance from the upper face of the top plate 1. The counter assembled in this way is installed on a table of a NC router and the bit height is adjusted so that the front end of the bit for cutting the apron board is positioned at the upper face of the top plate and the internal corner of the apron board is cut round 6 in the longitudinal direction of the counter. In this time, a floating shoe is fitted at the periphery of the bit to detect protrusions and recessions on the surface of the top plate and the front end of the bit is vertically moved to position in the same level in accordance with the protrusions and recessions.
