Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a crystalline microporous material under mild condition at a low cost by mixing a specific crystallization controlling agent with an alkaline liquid containing fine particles of kanemanite and heating the precipitated solid component to effect the crystallization of the solid.

CONSTITUTION: A mixed liquid of an inorganic material is produced by mixing at least one kind of crystallization controlling agent selected from ammonium ion of the formula R4N+ (R is H, a ≤10C alkyl or an aryl), phosphonium ion of the formula R4P+ and amines with an alkaline mixed liquid containing fine particles of kanemanite. The obtained mixed liquid is optionally neutralized and the precipitated fine particles are separated from the liquid to obtain a solid component. The solid component is crystallized by heating in a closed vessel or by supplying steam to the solid.
