Abstract:
To economically produce from a mixture of dichlorotoluene isomers each of the isomers.
Each of dichlorotoluene isomers is produced by separating 2,3-dichlorotoluene and 3,4-dichlorotoluene through a distillation method from a mixture of dichlorotoluene isomers and then by separating at least one of 2,6-dichlorotoluene, 2,5-dichlorotoluene and 2,4-dichlorotoluene through an adsorption and separation method from a mixture of dichlorotoluene isomers in which the concentration of 2,3-dichlorotoluene and 3,4-dichlorotoluene is low.
