In this factory, a production area 1 where production equipments are installed is a rectangular plane, an area 2 for arrival of goods is provided on a side on one side across the production area 1, and a shipment area 3 is provided along the direction of long side L of the production area 1 on a side on the other side. A yard 4 for arrival of goods adjacent to the area 2 for arrival of goods is provided on an outer side of the area 2 for arrival of goods, and a shipment yard 5 adjacent to the shipment area 3 is provided on an outer side of the shipment area 3. The production area 1, the area 2 for arrival of goods, and the shipment area 3 are two-story buildings, and the yard 4 for arrival of goods and the shipment yard 5 are one-story buildings. A plurality of air conditioner rooms are arranged and dispersed along the direction of long side L in the production area 1 at each mezzanine floor of the area 2 for arrival of goods and the shipment area 3, and a section between the air conditioner rooms is a wellhole style part.
