Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new method for producing gloves by which three- dimensional rubber gloves or rubberized gloves, having excellent characteristics and unproducible according to a conventional method, can be produced.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet S is superposed on the outside of a core 1, comprising a flexible bag unit and formed into the shape of a hand, and the resultant core is then installed in female molds 3 and 4 having recessed parts 31, 32 and 41 corresponding to the outer shape of the hand. A hydraulic liquid is subsequently injected into the core 1 to heat the female molds 3 and 4 while bringing the sheet S into pressure contact with the recessed parts 31, 32 and 41 of the female molds 3 and 4. Thereby, rubber gloves are formed. When the gloves made of fibers are combined with the sheet S. rubberized gloves are produced.
