Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase strength, by molding and curing a green sheet containing cement, aggregates, and fiberous constituents composed of pulverized wooden pulp and non-pulverized cut hemp or cotton fiber.
CONSTITUTION: Pulverized wooden pulp of 1-4wt.% against the total solid weight in the aqueous slurry is added to cement and aggregates and non-pulverized cut hemp or cotton fiber is added by 1-3wt.% to prepare the aqueous slurry. And a green sheet is made from the aqueous slurry. And further, after the green sheet has been press-molded to make it flat, it is cured by means of an autoclave.
