Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a hydraulic inorganic molded piece without a difference in quality in any part of a molded piece by a method wherein the water content of a shape shaped in the vicinity of a molding maternal injection port and the water content of a shape shaped apart from the injection port are approximately uniformized.
CONSTITUTION: Into a cavity formed by closing a first split mold 2 with a large number of drip holes 11 along the wall surface thereof to a second split mold 3 having an opening in a molding surface, i.e., an injection port 8 for a hydraulic inorganic molding material, a hydraulic inorganic molding material 4 is injected through a molding material. injection tube 7 having an opening 12a in a lower-end side face. A water content in the molding material 4 is sucked outside the molds through the drip holes I 1 of' the first split mold 2. The molding material is shaped into a required form.
