Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately track production hystresis in a short time by providing an upstream tracking means tracking production hystresis toward the upstream of a production process, and also providing a downstream follow-up means tracking hystresis toward the downstream of the production process.
CONSTITUTION: A processed web unit table 9 and a raw material web unit table, which are prepared based on a data base by a production control system, are provided for a memory means 5. A specified processed web is specified by an upstream follow-up means 13 based on data from the processed web unit table 9 or the raw material web unit table 10, an area assignment data and a process assignment data, so that upstream specifying data can thereby be obtained. Next, a processed web formed out of a processed web specified by an upstream specifying data as a raw material web, is specified by a downstream follow-up means 14 based on data from the processed web unit table 9 or the raw material web unit table 10, and upstream specifying data, so that downstream specifying data 12 can thereby be obtained.
