Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work distribution simulation method for a production line to distribute a series of works with high-efficiency as interference of working tools with each other including a spot weld gun is taken into consideration. SOLUTION: When a non-processed dotting 'A1-1' is processed, a first occupations pace 36 occupied by a spot weld gun and when non-processed dotting 'A1-2' is processed, a second occupying space 37 are delimited on the car body frame 11 of an automobile. The non-processed dottings 'A1-1' and 'A1-2' where the first and second occupying spaces 36 and 37 are overlapped are related to each other and registered at interference data. Interference data is used and as interference of spot weld guns with each other is taken into consideration, the non-processed dottings are distributed to respective spot weld guns.
