Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce the title element excellent in dimensional accuracy and also in strengths and cost by a simplified operation without separately performing the fitting of an oiled sliding member into an outer metallic ring or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The title process comprises setting an outer ring 32 and an inner ring 33 on a stand, packing a starting material powder 31 between the rings 32 and 33, pressing the resin to integrate at least the ring 32 with the resin molding and impregnating this molding with a lubricating oil after heating.
