Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of hose joint fitting useful for improving durability.SOLUTION: A flange part 24 is held by a second jig 42. The flange part 24 is held by an inside member 46 in which an inclined inner peripheral surface 2402 is engaged with an inclined surface 4602 and an outside member 48 in which an outer peripheral surface 2802 and a back surface 2806 of an annular plate part 28 are engaged with an engagement part 4802, to thereby perform holding of the flange part 24. A part of the outside member 48 of the second jig 42 is positioned in a notch 4404, a pipe part 22 extending linearly extends in a tangential direction of a curved surface 4402, and the pipe part 22 contacts with the curved surface 4402. The second jig 42 holding the flange part 24 is made into a resting state, a nipple part 20 is displaced by a first jig 40 so that the pipe part 22 is curved along the curved surface 4402, and thereby the pipe part 22 is curved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
