Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a plastic lens, with which a film is simply positioned, generation of a defective product is suppressed, and a production cost is reduced.SOLUTION: In a production method of a plastic lens, a first curable composition 14 is placed on a formation face 12a of a first mold substrate 12 for the purpose of forming a lens surface, the first mold substrate 12 and a film 16 are separated from each other by pushing and expanding the first curable composition 14 on an entire surface of the formation face 12a by using the film 16 by a predetermined distance, outer edges of the first mold substrate 12, the film 16, and a second mold substrate 18 are covered with a fixing member 20, the second mold substrate 18 is arranged such that it is separated from the film 16 by a predetermined distance and is placed opposite thereto, a second curable composition is injected in a gap 22 between the film 16 and the second mold substrate 18, substrate layers 24, 26 are formed on both faces of the film 16 by curing the first curable composition layer 14b and the injected second curable composition, and the plastic lens is taken out by removing the fixing member 20, the first mold substrate 12, and the second mold substrate 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
