To provide a method of producing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush which has structure to prevent noises and reduces production cost and strongly fixes the rubber bush to the stabilizer bar and further has excellent durability.

A thermosetting adhesive is applied on a coating film surface of a part 2 to be fitted after coating of an outer periphery surface of the stabilizer bar 1, and a vulcanized rubber bush 3 is externally fitted to the part 2 to be fitted. A first fitting recess part 14 of a first pressing member 13 is externally fitted to a convex surface 12 of a U shaped outer peripheral surface 4. A second fitting recess part 17 of a second pressing member 16 is externally fitted to a flat surface 5 and a linear surface 15 of a U shaped outer peripheral surface 4. The rubber bush 3 is heated in a compressed state by pinching the rubber bush 3 with the first pressing member 13 and the second pressing member 16.
