Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject powder having pores with variable and adjustable diameter, depth, etc., by shooting a 2nd powdery substance into a 1st core- forming particle larger than the 2nd powder particle and removing the 2nd substance from the product. CONSTITUTION:A 1st substance (e.g. nylon, PE, PS, cellulose or phenolic resin) is used as a core particle. A 2nd powdery substance (e.g. various inorganic compounds, various metal powder and glass powder) smaller than the 1st substance is shot into the 1st substance and the implanted 2nd substance is removed from the product to obtain the objective powder.
