Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a precoating coated steel plate added with good weathering properties by using an inexpensive polyacryle resin paint.
SOLUTION: A method for producing a precoating coated steel plate comprises the steps of compounding a copolymer acryle polyol obtained by copolymerizing a polymerizable monomer composition comprising essentially a polymerizable ultraviolet-stalilized monomer, a polymerizable monomer including a cycloalkyl group, and a polymerizable monomer including a hydroxyl group with an aminoplast resin or a polyisocyanate compound as a crosslinker, coating on at least one side of the steel plate a paint obtained by dissolving or dispersing the compound so obtained in a solvent such that the thickness of coating becomes 5μm or more and 40μm or less, and baking the paint at a temperature 150°C or higher and 300°C or lower.
