Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title structure low in deformation, by sticking facings to both surfaces of a lightweight core through an adhesive and applying an alternating electric field between the electrodes provided in the upper and lower adhesive layers during curing the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Facings 1a and 1b which are sheets of a metal or a fiber- reinforced plastic are stuck to both surfaces of a lightweight core 2 and alternating electric field of widely varying frequencies is applied between the electrodes placed on both sides of the upper and lower adhesive layers 3 and 3 to gain factors of viscosity. The factors of the upper and lower layers are synchronized.
