Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (Y is piperidino, dimethylamino, 1-pyroolidinyl, etc.,; R is H or methyl; R1 is H, 1W3C alkyl or phenyl; A is 1W4c saturated or unsaturated chain hydrocarbon; Z is 1W4C alkyl, thienyl, pyridyl, etc.,; l is 1W5; m and n are 0 or 1; p is 0W2).
EXAMPLE: N-{3-[3-(Piperidinomethyl)phenoxy]propyl}-2-(furfurylthio)acetaminde.
USE: An antipetic ulcer having an inhibitory action on secretion of acid in the stomach based on histamin H2 receptor antagonism.
PREPARATION: An amine derivative shown by formula II is reacted with a carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid chloride shown by formula III (X is halogen or OH) to give a compound shown by formula I.
