Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a surface coated electrical steel sheet for heat adhesion excellent in blocking property in a short laminate bond time, high in adhesiveness at the time of heating and showing sufficient adhesive strength even in a high temp, atmosphere after adhesion.
CONSTITUTION: A water based coating material containing (A) an emulsion composed of a thermoplastic resin having ≥80°C glass transition point, (B) an epoxy resin emulsion, (C) a water based phenol resin and if necessary, (D) a water based acrylic silicone resin is applied by a coating machine to obtain a dry film of thickness of 1-10μm, dried and heated so as to be 150-300°C in attainable temp, of the plate.
