Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title fabric with increased weaving rate along with increased density of warp yarn, by winding, at one time each step number desired, yarns arranged in the peripheral direction of the title fabric. CONSTITUTION:Around the core 1 determining the shape of the final three- dimensional annular fabric, many shuttle guides 2 provided with plural steps of guide passages are arranged annularly. The first yarn group 3 to be radial yarns in the final fabric and the second yarn group 5 to be the warp yarn are radially arranged around the core 1 as the center. Plural shuttles 11 are allowed to travel along each guide passage of the shuttle guides 2 to wind the third yarns 15 as the peripheral yarns delivered from each shuttle 11 on the outer periphery of the core 1 in plural steps, and after passage of the shuttles 11 through the openings, the first yarns 3 are repeatedly folded back so as to surround the above-mentioned peripheral yarns together with the second yarns 15.
