Abstract:
To accurately estimate the prognosis of a lung cancer.SOLUTION: A prognosis estimation device 1 comprises: a threshold processing unit 21 which prepares an image subjected to threshold processing by using a prescribed threshold for an object image obtained imaging a lung cancer tissue being an analysis object; a Betti map creation unit 22 which creates a Betti map by respectively counting holes of the tissue and the number of coupling portions for each prescribed individual area of interest for the image after the threshold processing; and a feature amount calculation unit 23 which calculates a feature amount related to prognosis from the Betti map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
