Abstract:
To provide a program for properly evaluating, regarding members constituting an engineer team, whether motivation is decreasing or performance is increasing, an information processing apparatus, and a method.SOLUTION: A server 20 of a team activity evaluation system 1, which is a kind of an information processing apparatus, executes: a step of accessing a first service, which is a source code hosting service that manages a source code online for creating deliverables as an engineer, and allowing each of members constituting the engineer team to use the first service to acquire information accumulated on the first service, as first information; a step of specifying, based on the first information, for each of the members constituting the engineer team, a first parameter that varies depending on an activity amount for creating deliverables as an engineer; and a step of presenting the first parameter specified for each of the members, to a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
