To provide a tunnel projection device that allows a display of warning and evacuation guidance, etc. in a tunnel to be visually recognized reliably.SOLUTION: A tunnel projection device for projecting a light onto a wall surface of a tunnel includes a projection part 27 disposed so as to be directed to the wall surface of the tunnel, and a disaster prevention reception panel 30 for detecting an occurrence of an abnormality in the tunnel. When an abnormality occurrence in the tunnel is detected by the disaster prevention reception panel 30, the projection part 27 projects a display corresponding to the abnormality that has occurred, onto the wall surface of the tunnel or a road surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
