To quantitatively evaluate thixotropy property for a grout material having thixotropy property having high viscosity in a non-pressurizing state and viscosity in a pressurizing state lower than viscosity in the non-pressurizing state.
This property evaluating device 1 is structured with a funnel 2, filled with the grout material, having a cock 3 for its open/close operation at a flow-out port 2a of a lower end, a sealed vessel 4 for storing the funnel 2, a pipe 5 for feeding compressed air into the sealed vessel 4 and a bed plate 6 with a leg 61 for supporting the sealed vessel 4. Compressed air is feeded into the sealed vessel 4 through the pipe 5 and the property evaluation device 1 is used to measure flow-down time of every pressure in the sealed vessel 4 which is the time that the grout material in the funnel 2 takes to completely flow down from the flow-out port 2a.
